C O A C H I N G

The Orkney Table Tennis Club regularly run coaching sessions for all players. If you're interested in coming along we'd love to see you.

All equipment is provided.

To help you get the most out of our sessions we recommend you wear a T-shirt, tracksuit bottoms or shorts and a good pair of training shoes. This will mean you are prepared for the training and movement exercises which you will be doing.
